I taped a fisheye built for a holga onto my digital SLR. Super janky, but it works. Boi Chiller help me out with the clicking. Come over and shred, I dare you.

Sober Daze 7'' Release show @ Red7 4/7/2010
Wednesday night was the Sober Daze 7 inch release show. The 2 song 7 inch titled Move Up includes the songs Low Ones & Local Business. The presentation is beautiful! Full color sleeve, front and inside, pressed on yellow vinyl and free at the door! Thanks guys! The show also included other local acts: Front Line Martyrs, A Corpse Vanishes & Blank Generation. Great turn out and a success! Great Job!
The guy in the center is Shawn from Havok (Colorado Thrash Metal)

SXSW 2010: The Year We Make Contact!
South by south west always gives me feelings of love & hate. We are spoiled with hundreds of free shows but in return we have to deal with the sardine like feeling in our home. People from all over pour into our city, trash it, then leave. 6th st already looks like shit on a normal day, so why am I still surprised when I see our visitors leave what looks like a battle field? Whatever.
This was the first picture of our SXSW photo experiment. Brad (Black V-Neck & Shades) proposed an idea: we ambush people and just tell them we are going to take a picture, and while we are telling them this, our friends surround them, and I capture the picture. Pretty much give them little time to react, so little time that they only can react with a smile, or something close. Oh yeah, we got photo-bombed in the this one. Props to that guy.
The night was then concluded with the Austin Pyrate Punx Show at Hoeks Death Metal Pizza. My flash died during Sober Daze set so I was unable to shoot the entire show. If you're Interested in viewing more, the nice gentlemen below giving you the finger also photographed the show. You can go here to see them: myspace.com/austinpyratepunx
Made the mistake of getting to Emo's late to see the Black Angels. I could barley hear them over all the people in attendance, so it was just background music. Plus, I had to watch them from the bleachers.

My favorite picture for SXSW. Brad walked backwards till he meet up with the lucky charms guy, then with out him knowing I took the picture. I love how lame his shirt is.
